Smartcraft is not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where:

– Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.

– Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product.Our team works very hard to deliver finest quality and service experience to its customers. For us, our customer and business is most important and we really care about delivering the best.

Refund Policy:

– A full refund for cancellations is allowed if made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled delivery date.

– In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full.

– Online refund is credited directly through the mode from which the customer has paid the money within 24 working hours.Once processed by Smartcraft, refund takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

– It will not be possible for us to accept any request for product exchanges.

Defective Products:

– If any product received by you is damaged/defective, you can let us know the same. You can call us at +91-8860636000 (08:00 hours–20:00 hours, 7 days a week) or send us an e-mail with the photographs of the same at, within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will either deliver to you the new product or replace the product. Subject to the Terms and Conditions, once refund is initiated by Smartcraft, it takes 5-7 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.

In Case Of Cancellation By Smartcraft:

– If product cancelled by Smartcraft due to unforseen circumstances or calamities , Full amount will be refund.

Return And Refund Policy

Please make a video while opening the parcel. And Then If you receive damage product or have any issue with the product WhatsApp us on 8860636000 within same days of delivery and send us photo or video of product. We will Send you the replacement. If Video is not made While Opening the parcel we will not be able to send the replacement. In case of return refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to original payment method. or if it is cash on delivery our customer service team will contact you for refund.
